RULES
The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.bigtop40.com/competition-terms-conditions/, http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/,http://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/competition/) (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to ‘Vodafone Christmas’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from Wednesday 2nd December 2015 to Sunday 20th December 2015 on The Big Top 40 and all of the stations that carry the show.Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. Details of the Competition:
To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online bigtop40.com, capitalfm.com, or heart.co.uk register their details & share ‘what would take your special day to the next level?’ in 125 characters or less (including spaces) with the show.Online entry opens at 00.01am on Wednesday 2nd December 2015 and will close at 23.59pm on Thursday 17th December 2015.From all combined entries received online, Global will select one winner each week at the following times on behalf of the Big Top 40 show;5.1. Friday 11th December 2015 at 09.00am from all entries received up to that point.
5.2. Friday 18th December at 09.00am from all entries received up to & Thursday 17th December at 23.59pm.
Each winning entry will be selected by a team of judges from Global Radio based on the following criteria & their decision is final;6.1. Most memorable.
6.2. Most plausible.
6.3. Most entertaining

Each of the two winners announced on-air on will receive a bespoke prize up to the value of £6,000.00. The terms relating to these prizes are as follows;- Each prize will be created bespoke by The NDL Group based on the winner’s request subject to approval by Global Radio. Prize may include various elements including travel, accommodation, event/attraction tickets, activities, services, shopping, dining or pampering experiences, white goods, vouchers etc. and will be announced to the winner on-air.
- Prize will be created bespoke by The NDL Group who will work with Global Radio to create a prize package to compliment the winning entry selected by Global Radio up to the value of £6,000.00 but due to the bespoke nature of the prize and external circumstances not all activities can be guaranteed. All bookings and reservations are subject to availability at time of booking and excludes sold out events/attractions.
- Any travel is subject to availability at the discretion of the organizer. All experiences must be booked with NDL Travel (ABTA K3065) and must be claimed as one prize experience. Prize cannot be transferred or re-sold.
- All prizes must be claimed and booked by the prize-winner within 12 months from the date of our initial correspondence with them.
