Terms and Conditions for Sundown Festival Ticket Giveaway on Heart East Anglia, August 2013

RULES

1.     The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at www.heart.co.uk) apply to ‘Sundown Festival Ticket Giveaway’ radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from Monday 5 to Friday 9 August (“the Duration”).  The "Radio Station" is Heart East Anglia.

2.     Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

Details of the Competition:

3.     To enter the Competition an Entrant must listen to Heart Drive time between 4p and 7p. When the presenter invites entry, they must send a text message with the Keywords to 82122 (the “Text Message Line”). Text messages will be charged at standard network rates.  The Keywords to use and the opening and closing times of the Text Message Line will be given out on air.

4.  There is no question to answer but a text will be selected at random from all the entries and the sender called back. All entrants selected to play will be required to talk to the presenters either live or in a pre-recorded call with the presenter/s and played out on-air. 

5. The winner is the text sender who is selected at random from the entries irrespective of whether they are put to air.

Eligibility:

6. Entrants need to be aged 18 or over.  Access to the VIP Area is restricted to those who are 14 or over

7. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.

Prize:

8. Each winner will receive 2 normal tickets and 2 VIP Area Access Passes to the Sundown Festival on Sunday 1 September. There is a chance winners may encounter or view celebrities within or from the VIP Area but this cannot be guaranteed. No travel is not included. Heart FM cannot be responsible for changes in facilities or line-up beyond our control.
